For transportation and haulage services we work in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp), in its most recent edition. The VBGL, in its most recent edition, applies for transports at an hourly rate and for waste disposal transports. For trade and waste disposal services our General delivery and payment conditions apply. For garage services the vehicle repair conditions of the Central Organisation for the Vehicle Trade and for garage supplies the general terms and conditions for the sale of new and used vehicle parts apply, in their most recent edition. Jurisdiction is Altenkirchen.
