Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment apply exclusively to building material sales (we deliver to you) and waste disposal services (we dispose of waste for you).

For transport contracts within the meaning of No. 1.14 ADSp 2017 (forwarding, freight, warehousing transactions, etc.) the General German Freight Forwarders' Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017) apply.
Clause 23 of the ADSp 2017 limits the statutory liability for damage to goods pursuant to Section 431 HGB to 8.33 SDR/kg per claim or per event, up to a maximum of 1.25 million or 2.5 million euros or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is higher, and in the case of multimodal transport involving sea carriage, generally to 2 SDR/kg.

The Logistics General Terms and Conditions apply to all logistical (additional) services that are not covered by a transport contract according to ADSp or by a freight, forwarding or warehousing contract.

Workshop services are subject to the motor vehicle repair conditions of the Central Association of the Motor Trade in their currently valid version at the time of order acceptance.
